Management of Onua Fm/TV on Wednesday sued the National Media Commission (NMC) over what the station described as harassment of the station.
In a statement issued by the station it said NMC failed to invite the Journalist in question (Captain Smart) to hear his version of the matter before threatening to suspend the frequency of the station.
According to the station by that act of bias against the station, NMC can not be fair to the station and has therefore sued it.
In the reliefs, Onua fm/TV among others is seeking the Court to restrain NMC from further harassing the station.
