Dumsor is looming following the shutdown of Sunon Asogli plant over unpaid arrears to the Independent Power Producers (IPP).
This was contained in a press statement issued on Monday signed by the Chairman of the company Qun Yang.
With this shut down, power outage (dumsor) is in the offing.
