Akufo Addo Sacks SSNIT Boss; Replaces Him With Osafo Maafo’s Son
The perceived nepotism, cronyism, family and friends about the Akufo Addo/Bawumia government has been further deepened by the appointment of Osafo Maafo’s son Kofi Bosompem Osafo-Maafo.
The dismissal letter issued and signed by Secretary of the President Nana Asante Bediatuo asked the Director General of SSNIT , Dr. Ofori Tenkorang to hand over his office to Osafo Maafo’s son who was the Deputy Director in charge of investment.
Ghanaians have since been reacting to this latest appointment and have been raising eyebrows over what governance experts have described as a nepotistic appointment.
