The Senior National Team, the Black Stars were today defeated again by Comoros in the ongoing FIFA 2026 World Cup Qualifiers.
The Comoros goal which in the dire minute of the first half further demoralized the Black Stars as they played as though there was nothing at stake.
The shambolic performance by the Senior national team goes to cement arguments by Ghanaians that Black Stars’ qualifications to the world cup would be much ado about nothing as Ghana was rather going to waste the hard tax payers money on them.
Meanwhile many football lovers in Ghana have taken to the social media taking a swipe at the Coach of the Black Stars Chris Hughton and some of the players especially the Ayew brothers whom many view as counter-productive to the progress of the Black Stars.
“The Coach must be fired. He has no strategy and tactics”, one fan decried.
“I dont know why the played Dede Ayew when he could have started Ashumoro”, Another social media enthusiast said.
