It emerging that at the time President Akufo Addo stated that the LGBTQ Bill is being challenged at the Supreme Court, no suit has been filed at the Supreme Court as the suit was instead filed today at exactly 1 PM.
The National Communications Officer of the NDC, Mr. Sammy Gyamfi whose investigations at the Supreme Court today revealed contrary, is questioning the integrity of the President for “lying” to the international community that the Bill is being challenged at the apex court.
On his face book page, the NDC’s firebrand wrote “how did President Akufo Addo know as at yesterday that the suit had already been filed at the supreme court when same was filed today?”.
He described the legal action as NPP sponsored suit calculated to serve as a convenient excuse for the President to refuse to assent the Bill.
