OSP Declares Ken Ofori-Atta a Fugitive Needed for Criminal Actions
The Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng has declared former Finance Minister Ken Ofori Atta a fugitive needed for criminal conduct.
The OSP revealed that the fugitive is needed for misappropriation of funds on SML , National Cathedral and other cases.
The OSP revealed this at a news Conference in Accra on Wednesday.
Meanwhile Ken Ofori Atta has fled the country but the OSP has warned that either he returns to Ghana voluntarily or Interpol will be triggered to force him back to Ghana to stand trial.
On Tuesday, the home of Ken Ofori Atta was raised by national security Operatives but the OSP has denied involvement in the raid.
