Okudzeto Ablakwa Doesn’t Own His Airport Hills Residence-Finali Ltd Sets Records Straight
Finally Limited , owners of Foreign Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa’s residence has confirmed that the latter does not own the residence.
The Minister was questioned about the ownership of the residence during the vetting in which the Chairman of the Vetting Committee overruled the question.
But the Minister went ahead to request the ownership details of his residence from the original owners in the spirit of transparency.
His request was responded swiftly by Finali Ltd which confirmed that in a letter that indeed the residence of Hon . Ablakwa is a rented apartment.
The statement said “ Airport Hills is an owner-occupied community with a very limited rentals subject to consent of Finali Limited”.
The response by Finali Limited brings to a closure the Brouhaha over the ownership of the North Tongu MP’s residence.
