The National Executive Council (NEC) is currently in a crunch meeting at the Alisa Hotel to deliberate over the choice of the Running Mate.
Newsflashafrica.comhas picked up signal that four names have been tabled for deliberations.
They are the Education Minister Yaw Osei Adutwum, Mathew Opoku Prempeh, 1st Deputy Speaker, Joe Osei Owusu and MP for Suame Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu.
The crunch meeting is in response to the constitution of the NPP which states that the Party must name the running mate a year to the elections.
It is not clear whether the running Mate will be announced today but snippets of information indicate that the announcement will be done in no distant time.
