PRESS RELEASE
MEDIA FOR GHANA FOOTBALL CONGRATULATES NEW TECHNICAL HANDLERS OF BLACK STARS
The Media for Ghana Football wishes to Congratulate the new technical handlers of the black stars Otto Addo and his team and wishing them all the best. Even though there will be rough times ahead, we believe currently they are the best we have and believe they can bring the needed change Ghanaians desire. Ghanaians have long clamoured for a Ghanaian coach to take the black stars to the promise land.
It is our considered view that these appointments made by the Kurt Okraku led GFA is one that can bring back the football love taking into consideration the pedigree of Coach Otto Addo and his technical Assistants.
We also want to seize this opportunity to Congratulate the Black princesses for reaching the finals of the African games women competition. We urge them to work extra hard to beat Nigeria in the final-Go princesses. We believe that lifting the cup by Black Princesses will serve as a good omen for Ghana Football and will mark the beginning of good things to happen to Ghana Football in general and Blackstars in particular.
It is undeniable fact that Black satellite is the backbone of the black stars so we want to commend the entire team, the head coach Mr. Desmond Offei and the back room staff for the display of valour by our promising stars at the ongoing African games. We wishing them all the best and calling on our lovely football fans to troop to the the Accra sports stadium to support the team as they face Senegal in today’s semi final.
Finally , Media for Ghana Football would like to extend a big congratulations to our colleagues, Mr. Neil Armstrong Mortagbe, Mr.Sheik Tophic and Mr. Patrick Akoto, who have been appointed to beef up the FA’s communications department. With their depth of knowledge in Sports and expertise, coupled with the experience they possess, there is no doubt that their work would impact positively on the overall performance of the Communications Department.
