An NPP Group calling itself Alliance for Footsoldiers Advocay (AFFA) has described taken a swipe at Akufo Addo over the appointment of Ken Ofori Atta as Senior Advisor and Special Envoy for International Finance and Private Sector Investment.
AFFA described the appointment as a slap on the faces of Ghanaians.
A statement issued by the group and copied to the media on Monday said “Revoke Ken Ofori Atta’s face saving appointment in the national interest”.
“It is needless to say that Ken Ofori Atta’s performance as Finance Minister post covid 19 has been questionable and the least Ghanaian people expect is for him to step aside from economic decisions of the country as pertains in other jurisdictions.
