Drivers in Ashanti Region Endorse Mahama… Says “Driver’s Mate Bawumia Can Kill All Passengers”.
With barely a week to the Polls, the NDC’s Presidential Candidate John Dramani Mahama continues to receive from political and social groups.
One of such group is Concerned Drivers in the Ashanti region who declared their support for the former President over the weekend.
Addressing a news conference in the Ashanti region, the Convener of group, William Osei explained that Mahama’s 24hour economy will not only boost the economy but will create jobs and improve the overall living conditions of drivers.
He stressed that the cedi depreciation to the dollar is making it difficult for them to buy vehicles abroad.
On the issue of Bawumia’s give me the steering, the group described it as dangerous to give a steering to a driver’s mate insisting drivers mates are in experienced and can kill the passengers.
Mr. Osei said the steering must be given to the Chief Drivers who is experienced in this case John Dramani Mahama whom the grouped described as the saviour to take Ghanaians to the promise land.
